These Legal Contracting Conditions regulate the use of the website www.equusarea.com.
By virtue of the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the following information is offered on the person in charge and seller of the products:

These General Conditions, together with the Particular Conditions that may be established, regulate the legal relationship derived from the contracting processes formalized through this website, and may be hired by any user provided that they comply with all the terms stipulated in these Conditions .
By accepting the conditions, the user declares to be of legal age and has sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these General Contract Conditions.
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale born between the provider and the user at the moment in which the latest accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process.
This website offers the possibility of online shopping, which is a 24-hour, simple, direct service with all the advantages of having a wide catalog of products and services related to the equestrian world and figure of the horse, available from anywhere through an internet connection.
From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the status of a client of EQUUS AREA®.
The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a certain price, and publicly exposed through the website.
All the prices of the products that are indicated through the website do not include VAT, shipping costs, and other taxes that may correspond, these charges will be applied at the time of purchase.
Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with current regulations in each one of them.
Residents in the European Union: The prices of the products that are for sale in our e-commerce store, at the time purchase the Value Added Tax (I.V.A) will be added.
Residents in non-EU countries: Purchases made by natural or legal persons resident in non-EU countries will be exempt from paying VAT. We remind you that the prices indicated for shipping costs do not include import taxes (duties), which will be paid in cash at the destination by the recipient of the merchandise.
The person in charge reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of purchase.
The owner reserves the right to reject an order from any user with whom it has a dispute or there have been problems in the payment of previous purchases.
By placing an order, the User accepts the specifications and characteristics of the product offered, for this purpose, the owner indicates that the products shown in the photographs on this website may suffer slight differences with respect to the final product in terms of sizes, color, components, etc, by the availability of the manufacturers. The purpose of the photographs will be consumer orientation or presentation suggestions, without assuming in any case contractual images.
Select the products you wish to purchase from those offered by EQUUS AREA® on its website.
- Once you have selected the product (s) you want to buy, you must press the “Add to cart” button, so the product is added to your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue adding more products to your shopping cart.
- Once the product selection has been completed, a summary will appear identifying the selected item (s). Finally, to continue with your order, you must press the button “Go to the Checkout”.
- The process continues by requesting to identify yourself with the data of your user account or to fill in the registration form if you are not yet a registered user.
- Next, you must enter the delivery address of your order and the data that are required, choose the payment system for your order among those offered by EQUUS AREA® on its website.
- Press the “Place Order” button and follow the final payment process. Congratulations!! You have already purchased your products.
- Once the order process has been completed, EQUUS AREA® will send you an email detailing the details of your order.
RETURN POLICY
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@equusarea.com
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@equusarea.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@equusarea.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a mark – please wash it before reporting a problem.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@equusarea.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally – this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make the delivery of the order smoother.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise — If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@equusarea.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
DELIVERIES
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:
- UK & Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 5-15 business days
- USA: 3-4 business days

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

The guarantee of the products will be that of the manufacturers, according to the current legislation of each product. The guarantee of our products is established, in the legally established terms, for a period of two years, from the date of delivery. The guarantee is against any manufacturing defect. Deficiencies caused by blows, negligence, use or improper handling, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included in the guarantee.

The performance by EQUUS AREA ® of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays performance. They will be considered as such, in particular, without this list being limiting: war, a pandemic, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any nature, and supply problems not attributable to EQUUS AREA ® The person responsible, will inform the client of such a fortuitous event or force majeure within seven days after its occurrence. In the event that said the suspension is prolonged beyond a period of fifteen days, the customer will then have the possibility to cancel the order in progress and a refund will be made.

Through these General conditions, no intellectual or industrial property rights are transferred to the online portal www.equusarea.com; nor on any of its component elements, the reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available to the public, extraction, reuse, forwarding or the use of any nature, by any means or procedure, of any of them, except in cases where it is legally permitted or authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights.
The User knows and accepts that the entire website, containing without exhaustive character the texts, articles, legal templates, images, designs, software, content (including structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of the same), audiovisual material, and graphics, is protected by trademarks, copyrights of EQUUS AREA ® and other legitimate rights registered, in accordance with international treaties to which Spain is a party and other property rights and laws of Spain.
EQUUS AREA®, reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation and configuration of the website, as well as these General Conditions. For this reason, EQUUS AREA® recommends that all users read them carefully each time they access the website. The contractors of any products and services offered on this website will always have the General Conditions in a visible place. In the event that any clause of these General Conditions is declared void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these General Conditions.
EQUUS AREA® may not exercise any of the rights and powers conferred in this document which will not imply in any case the waiver of them unless expressly acknowledged by EQUUS AREA ® or prescription of the action that in each case corresponds.
These Conditions of Use are governed by Spanish law. These Conditions of Use are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, which regulates Contracting Telephone or Electronic, to Law 7/1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and to Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
In accordance with article 29 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, contracts concluded electronically in which a consumer intervenes as a party will be presumed to have been concluded in the place in which he has his habitual residence.
Electronic contracts between businessmen or professionals and users will be presumed to be held in the place where the service provider is established. In the event of a dispute arising from these general conditions and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit, at their free choice, and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, Spain.
For problems with your order, you can use the Platform for the resolution of disputes for online purchases of the European Commission. More information regarding the operation of this Platform is available at the European Consumer Center in Spain.
GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are EQUUS AREA®, the person in charge of e-commerce is Laia Pagès Garcia, our headquarters are at C / Teodora Bosch nº 5 Bajo, 1, 08859, Begues, Barcelona.
The gift card will allow you to make purchases in our online store. The acquisition and/or use of the gift card implies full acceptance of the general conditions indicated below:
You can get the gift card in our online store www.equusarea.com/fan-shop/. Go to the ACCESSORIES category, and you will find a GIFT CARD.
Once the payment of the gift card has been made and confirmed, the recipient of the same will receive an e-mail with a code. This code will be used to redeem the amount of the gift card, with any of the products of our e-commerce, www.equusarea.com/fan-shop by entering the code in the space of the Discount coupon at the completion of any order.
The card is owned by its issuer: Laia Pagès García with D.N.I No. 53312716G.
The card can be issued for a minimum amount of 10€ and a maximum of 500€. The invoice is produced with the contact information provided by the customer and is available in the customer’s account when the order has been validated. Gift cards are monetary products and are not subject to VAT.
Discounts and/or promotional codes cannot be used to purchase the gift card. The customer may not request that it be reduced, or its value increased, nor request its return. It is not necessary that you consume the value of your card in a single purchase. The balance that you do not use will be saved on the gift card and in the event that the amount of the gift card is less than the amount of the purchase, you can complete it with any other available payment method. It will not be allowed to use several gift cards together, in the same purchase. The purchase of said gift card online does not entail shipping costs.
In the event of acquisition of the Virtual Card, we will not be responsible for the non-receipt or delay in the receipt of the same by its recipient for reasons beyond our control, including, among others, the deficiencies or collapse of the lines or systems of telecommunications, the delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur due to any of the circumstances mentioned above, the inaccuracy of the data of the recipient of the virtual card, provided by the buyer of said Card, the impossibility to deliver the Card to the email account provided or to consider the email sent as spam or junk mail.
The client must inform the recipients of the conditions of their use of the EQUUS AREA® gift card. Any use that does not respect the conditions of use cannot be in any way the responsibility of EQUUS AREA®.
To buy at EQUUS AREA®, you need:
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Have a credit or debit card that we accept.
- Have the authorization to use that credit or debit card (for example, it is in your name or you have permission to use it).
The card must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, the PIN will expire and it will not be possible to use the Card to buy.
The organization is not responsible for the misuse of the gift card by the recipient/beneficiary of the same.
The personal data that you provide us will be processed by Laia Pagès García, with ID 53312716G, with registered office at C / Teodoro Bosch nº 5, Bajo 1, 08859, Begues, Barcelona, in order to manage the provision of the Card service Gift, being the legitimizing basis, the contractual performance. In this sense, your identification and contact data will be processed. If you provide us with personal data belonging to third parties, you guarantee that you have informed them of the content of this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, that you have obtained their prior consent to provide us with their personal data, so that they are treated with the purposes that in each case proceed. The data that you provide us will be kept as long as they are necessary for the development of the contractual relationship and once it is finished, they will be blocked within the legally established deadlines. To fulfill the purposes described, it is necessary for Laia Pagès Garcia (EQUUS AREA®) to give access to said personal data to various entities, for the sole purpose of providing an internal administrative management service.
If the data you provide us were the object of an international data transfer, we will protect said transfers in the guarantees established in the applicable regulations. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, limitation to treatment, opposition, deletion, by sending an email to info@equusarea.com. You also have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Spanish Law is applicable to these general terms and conditions. Any dispute that is not resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Barcelona.
